HISTORY
Sonny was born and raised in Southern Colorado. He was a stand out wrestler at Pueblo South High School. Sonny G. began his entertainment career as a professional actor in 2006. He has been featured in over Sixty (60) Local, Regional & National Television Commercials. A few past Commercial Clients include Proctor & Gamble, SKOAL Chewing Tobacco, Phillip Morris USA, Kellog's Brand, Quizno’s, the US Army, Kroger Brands, Cabela’s Outfitters, Chevrolet, FORD Motor Company, Ralph Lauren Clothing Brand, Old Spice Brands, Coors Beer and many more. He’s also worked on major network and cable channel film and television productions NBC, CBS, USA, Disney, and Lions Gate Films.

Alongside crafting a successful acting career, Sonny continued his love of entertaining by dancing and impersonating his favorite celebrity entertainer–The King of Pop Michael Jackson. From 2004 to 2012, Sonny G. quietly worked for hours every day to develop his act to be the most authentic Michael Jackson impersonation to date. After years of development and hundreds of hours studying and analyzing Michael’s live performances and music videos, Sonny G. continued an Olympic athlete-style training regimen to rehearse, record, watch, break his body down and build himself back up over and over again. He worked relentlessly to emulate Michael’s master showmanship and boundless energy.
His work ethic, vision, determination and perseverance is UNPARALLELED in the entertainment industry!

After an extensive national search, Sonny was cast by Graceland Museum & Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) as Young Elvis Presley for Starz & Encore's "Elvis Movie Month". That once in a lifetime opportunity inspired Sonny to write a one-man stage show featuring the impersonation acts he’d developed over many years, including Michael Jackson, Jackie Wilson, Elvis Presley, James Brown, and Cab Calloway. Three years later, On October 24, 2014, his inaugural show “American Music Icons: A Review of Music’s Greatest Showmen” debuted to sold-out audiences in Colorado."
