Cancelation Policy

After signing the contract: should the Client elect, for whatever reason, to cancel this agreement, Client hereby agrees to provide a written notice of intent to cancel this agreement along with a signed copy of their original agreement. There shall be no refund of any retainer deposits paid. In addition, there shall be no refund to any additional payments made up to the date of cancellation and will be considered payment for services rendered to date. American Music Icons, LLC. will also provide a prompt accounting and billing statement of services to date, including, but not limited to, Booking Fees for any and all partner vendors booked to date, reimbursement for any items purchased on behalf of the Client, reimbursement for any additional hourly rated time or labor and any other applicable charges to be applied for payment in full at time of notice of cancellation by client. Down-grading services once this agreement has been signed by both parties - will not be honored. However, if the client requires to change the date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available AND within five months of the original event date.  If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation.
